Commander Tharian Koshy (Retd)
Served in Indian Navy as an Engineer from 1978, Tharian Koshy retired as a Commander in 2001 after 23 years. Specialised in aviation wing of Indian Navy he has served in different capacities including the two carriers INS Vikrant and INS Viraat apart from single deck ships. The tenure of three years as instructor for officers & sailors in Naval Aviation Technical School gave his first full time exposure in Learning & Development (L&D) arena. In 2001 he joined the Hindustan Aviation Ltd (HAL) at Helicopter Division, Bangalore. It was the time of production and delivery of India’s first indigenously produced helicopter Dhruv and from 2001 till 2007 and was associated in different capacity including as Head of the training facility for Dhruv. When the helicopter was launch into civil aviation he was qualified by DGCA as Chief Instructor for Civil aviation training of Dhrvu. In 2007, became the Senior Faculty at HAL Management Academy (HMA) till his superannuation in 2014. He was directly responsible for the ab-initio training of all fresher joining HAL apart from other assigned training development for senior officers of HAL. Presently Heading the Learning &Development of Nandi Toyota group as the Dean since 2015.

P Rajendran was a competent member of Indian Air Force,
served from Nov 1982 – Nov 2002 (20 Years).
As HOD lead the Automobile Engineering Department at Hindustan
Electronics Academy, Bangalore from 2006 – 2016 (10 Years). Qualified the
trainers program of (1) Volkswagen at Pune, (2) Audi at Aurangabad and (3)
Toyota at Bidadi. Was the Training Head of Volkswagen Group (including Audi)
from 2011- 2015 at Hindustan Electronics Academy, Bangalore. Presently is the
HOD of Automobile, External Training Program, Nandi Vishwavidhyalaya since
2016. Visits various Engineering / polytechnic colleges as Guest lecture
including Seminars on Advanced
Automotive Technology covering up the latest tech trends in automobiles
including Hybrid Electric Vehicle Technology.
Kiran S
Kirana S began the career at Nandi group in 2011 as a technician and raised to be a Toyota certified DMT (Diagnosis Master Technician) within 4 Years. Then functioned as the Quality Inspector for Body & Paint section, and later as the Chief Technician. In 2018, shifted the career from being a Technician to a certified SA (Toyota Pro Service Advisor) and became the Senior Service Adviser. Presently is the TKM certified Instructor (TSAI-Toyota Service Advisor Instructor) at Nandi Viswavidhyalaya. Mr Kirana has a hands on
experience of 11 years in Nandi Toyota.

With the initial development through the Indian Air Force
over 20 years (1986 – 2006), has academically qualified and practically maintained & quality assured for defe nse vehicle of Russian & Indian origin. Has also acquired the degrees of B.Tech in Automobile, MA in Public
& Personal Management and Diploma in Rail Transport Management. During 2007 to 2015 has headed the Karnataka circle for Mobile towers installation. Joined as a senior faculty with Nandi in 2016 and qualified as Trainer for Toyota cars Technicians.
