Practical Activities other than OJT:

 Practicals on Electrical Vehicle Two wheeler.
 Practicals on Electrical Vehicle Four wheeler.
 Testing of four Wheeler electric motor.
 Exploring varies motors used in Electrical Vehicle.
 Design and create your own battery pack – practical
 Familiarisation with Diagnosis Tool ( Global Tech Stream )
 Data Comparison of Conventional Vehicle and Hybrid Electrical Vehicle with the help GTS.
 Exploring the technology of the new generation Gasoline engine exclusively used for Hybrid Electrical Vehicle.
 Exploring the Hybrid Electrical Vehicle with the help of GTS.
 Checking each and every sensors & actuators to assess the working condition of:
 Engine Management System Hybrid Electrical Controller system
 Inverter / Converter assembly
 High Voltage Battery Management System (SOC, Battery Voltage, Current, temperature, etc…)
 Cooling systems of High Voltage Battery, Invertor / Converter assembly and engine.
 Check the power flow of Hybrid system
 Maintenance of Hybrid Electrical Vehicle during the storage long time.
 i- Connect with more than 55 features.
 Overhauling of Engine.
 Overhauling of Transmission
 Overhauling of Electrical components like Starter Motor, Alternator
 Sub systems like :
 Electrically operated Air-conditioning System
 Electrical Power Steering system & Suspension System
 Brake System (Regenerating Brake System)
 Safety to be followed during the serving of EV / HEV.
 Advanced Chassis and Transmission System
• Advanced Automotive Power Steering. Hydraulic Power Steering, Electrical Power Steering, Steering Geometry, Wheel Alignment & Wheel Balancing
 Diagnosis of complete Vehicle Problems Using GTS (Global Tech Stream)
 Periodic Maintenance and Express Maintenance Service
 Sales Department – Functional Process

 BS VI Emission Standards

Program Overview:

Know about EV HEVs, Engines, Electric and Electronics system and Chassis & Transmission System by working on it. Dismantle & Assemble working Engines, Transmission, Air condition system, Power steering, wheel Alignment & Wheel Balancing, Hands on experience on fault diagnosis using Global Tech Stream (GTS) and learn real time failure analysis on complete vehicle. On Job Training with two different job roles on work shop floors.

Program Duration:

Final year Diploma Engineering students after completion of 5th Semester.
